I have had Vonage VoIP for about 2 years and I haven’t had any problem with them until lately. They are charging us up for taxes, and I had to order a new device because the old had basically gone out. They were wanting my old device back and wanting me to pay for the shipping back to them when I had to pay for the shipping of the new device to me. Then i have been having problems and they were supposed to credit me back for one month, and they never did. I am going to left Vonage because not only I have problem with overcharging. So good bye Vonage! read more...

Received device very quickly, less than 48 hours. I have never had any problem with the Voip Your Life services and instead of other top VoIP providers VYL has great customer service. The price and service has fit nicely into my business VoIP needs. read more...

Excellent! Friendly customer service, able to solve my out-of-the-ordinary requests nicely. The only real problem I had was a few weeks ago when the adapter they shipped quit working. They sent a replacement unit on a Friday with Saturday delivery and included return packing stuff for my bad adapter. It didn’t cost me anything for the replacement read more...

In general good VoIP provider, but only one problem… I use calling cards to make international calls. But, VoIP Your Life doesn't allow the 1-800 number of the calling cards to go through! When I asked them, they didn't have a proper response. If they are blocking toll-free calling card numbers, at the least, they owe to inform the customers upfront OR provide the same international rates which is got from a calling card! read more...

I have had VOIP Your Life for 30 days. I signed up with them because of their reviews. No, I do not work for them like one guy here insinuated about these other reviews, believe that. Anyhow, I am very impressed with this service. This is my first time using any VOIP service. I cannot tell any difference between this and my old POTS line, which was costing me $70 amonth. My Experience: I signed up online, received the adapter 4 days later, pludded it in between my router and modem, plugged it in and had dial tone. Went online a few days later and added some of the free features. I cancelled my "CTSI" phone service and tied the home phone lines together at the NID (after disconnecting them from the nid), then plugged the adapter into a wall jack. I now have 3 ringing phones and 3 non-ringing (I read that you should not add to many ringers, so I have on for each floor)in my house. They all work great, 6 phones, no noise, no echo, no nuthin, just like my old service. Caller ID does not list the name, just the number, saving 40 bucks amonth, I can deal with that! I could not port my old number, but that was my old companies fault. Customer service?, I don't know. I have had it a month and have not needed to call. So take this for what it is worth, Voip Your Life is very good, I'm happy, very Very HAPPY! I would not take the time to write this if I was not overly impressed! read more...

I did a lot of research before choosing voip your life - I was about to go to the more popular vontage - but the reviews were better for voip your life than most voip companies - and there tech guy speaks ENGLISH - choose this company first and keep your old # for at least a month or two to make sure you are happy with service ( you can usually cut back service to a basic service so you don't pay a lot of money ) voip phone service is new but this company is probably the best out there read more...

I've been using Voip Your Life for approximately one month and have absolutely no complaints. I've replaced my second bare bones landline with a fully featured VOIP line. I'm dropping a 40 hr per prepaid long distance plan ($95 per month saving)... I've taken advantage of Voip Your Lifes's two free virtual numbers, which work flawlessly. I've contacted VYL by email a few times... both before and after subscribing, and their responses have been immediate... even on Sundays. I would highly recommend VYL... In my mind its a no brainer. Free hardware, no commitment, and no contract... How can you loose with a deal like that read more...

Bad experience! Very poor sound quality. Tech support tells that the reason is low upload speed of my internet sevice. But if voip modem is plugged-off the speed is 360 kbps. If I plug-in the voip modem the upload speed goes down to 130 kbps. Probably, some settings of the voip modem are wrong. Or may be it is broken. I spoke to several guys in tech support and the only thing they suggest is contact my ISP. But my ISP (Rogers Cable) provides me High Speed Internet with 360 kbps and everything is OK if I don't connect through voip modem. So I cancelled my account. Now I have to send modem back to Oklahoma, I have to pay postal fees. Also my account will be charged until they receive the modem back. When I received the modem I was charged $15 (custom fee). So, I just lost about 40 bucks and a lot of time with this experiment. My advice is: "KEEP AWAY!" read more...
