I have had Vonage VoIP for about 2 years and I haven’t had any problem with them until lately. They are charging us up for taxes, and I had to order a new device because the old had basically gone out. They were wanting my old device back and wanting me to pay for the shipping back to them when I had to pay for the shipping of the new device to me. Then i have been having problems and they were supposed to credit me back for one month, and they never did. I am going to left Vonage because not only I have problem with overcharging. So good bye Vonage!
