Excellent! Friendly customer service, able to solve my out-of-the-ordinary requests nicely. The only real problem I had was a few weeks ago when the adapter they shipped quit working. They sent a replacement unit on a Friday with Saturday delivery and included return packing stuff for my bad adapter. It didn’t cost me anything for the replacement
