When replacement of a cable modem-gateway device was performed by the Internet Provider (Comcast), my home network and VoIP services were badly disrupted. But when I called Vonage for assistance in working around the problem for the phone services, I was cut-off after extensive waits every time I contacted technical support! That alone tells me that their service is not ready for "prime time". And they are the largest out there!?
