Vonage customer service

I have ordered Vonage service and received equipment in three days. After quick inspection I phoned to Vonage Tech service and tried to explain that we needed a "wireless" system to accommodate all phone outlets in house. Vonage cancelation is a tricky process, Vonage did not cancel the phone disconnect order with my provider & my service has been interrupted until Vonage handles necessary paperwork. Vonage will not assume any responsibility for poor salesmanship, poor customer service, poor technical assistance nor will Vonage cooperate in restoration of my original telephone provider. I would recommend that Vonage be carefully considered before making a call to subscribe. The funds charged against my credit card have not yet been returned--we are hoping that Vonage will at least protect their integrity in the marketplace.
