Vonage is the worst voip service I ever deal with. Be careful, after deal with polite sales person you will meet ugly customer service and rude tech support. My business is based on business voip calls and I can’t afford to have my lines down. I couldn’t accept having my phone service down for week because they have to send a router out to me. Even when it work I have to reset the modem almost every single day. Run away from Vonage!
